  • Kaizen Motorsports also collects e-mail addresses voluntarily to inform our customers that we received the order.

RETURN POLICY
If a return is necessary, you must contact Kaizen Motorsports for a Return Authorization Number. You must mark the returned item with the R.A. number and ship prepaid and insured. All returned products must be unused and in a resalable condition with the original invoice within 10 calender days.

Due to the nature of performance applications, the parts on this website are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Kaizen Motorsports shall not, under any circumstanes, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damage, or loss of property or equipment, personal injury, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claim of customer or the purchaser, which may arise and/or result from sale, installation or use of these parts.

F.O.B Defiance, Ohio. Unless otherwise specified UPS will be utilized.
